Description

CIRCLAYER2BAR locations of discrete bars on a circular layer
  [YFIB,ZFIB] = CIRCLAYER2BAR (R,NBAR,OFS)
  the function determines the location in vectors YFIB and ZFIB of NBAR discrete bars
  on a circular layer with radius R;
  the first bar may be offset from the z-axis by the angle OFS in radians
