tie nodes and elements for mesh generated in separate 2d blocks

Synopsis

[XYZ, CON] = Tie_2dMesh (blst)

Description

TIE_2DMESH tie nodes and elements for mesh generated in separate 2d blocks 
  [XYZ, CON] = TIE_2DMESH (BLST) node coordinates and connectivity of tied mesh from separate blocks
  function returns coordinates XYZ and connectivity CON by merging the mesh
  of separate blocks in input cell array BLST
